I'm always hungry, especially that I'm going through a stressful time. I try to keep myself busy to not act on my every urge. I get into my school work. I play with the kids. I start cleaning up. Read an article. What ever works at the time. :0)

yes - and distracting myself from feeling hungry when there isn't a good reason to be hungry is key to losing wieght

Yes, but it is 734 EST here in MASS USA. I tracked everything already and went over my calories...not happy but not trying to obsess over it. I will finish my 8th glass of water for the day, have maybe a cup of tea, and call it a night!!

Usually. But I basically ignore it, because food costs too much to use any more of it than the bare minimum I need. when I reach my calorie/nutrient allotment for a meal - I simply STOP eating and anything that's left is part of another meal. I don't eat a single bite of any thing I have to pay for that my body does not totally need. I GAINED weight by undereating all the wrong cheap junk (Ramen noodles for two meals a day for months at a time.) Even now, I very rarely reach 1200 calories a day - but I do hit my 60mg of protein and then stop eating.

Yes, and I had a good breakfast. Usually I eat lunch later, but maybe I should have a snack.
am i hungry at the monet? no. not usually a breakfast person per se. i drink a 500ml / 16 ounce cup of herbal tea in the morning at around 8 or 9, then by 11 i eat "some"thing...many times I wait until 12 and just call it lunch. other times I nibble all day on pieces of fruit and veggies that are in my bag and then i never get really hungry.
I never used to be a breakfast person but have been better about that since the first time I started SP about 4 years ago. I try to make sure I have something thats kind of filling for breakfast (oatmeal is my go-to). If I can fit some fiber into my breakfast it seems to hold me over longer. Otherwise, always make sure you have some good low calorie snacks to munch on (strawberries, carrots with a little light dressing, etc...) to tide you over. Keep at it and it will get easier.

I get really hungry. In the morning I wake up feeling ravenous, but my cup of coffee kills my appetite for awhile. I have my breakfast an hour later, and I make it a good one.
