Back to Sparkpeople. Life happens. It's not about instant success, at least for me. It's more about taking each day and learning as I go. I make progress, then I don't. I try to learn and make new mistakes. A prime goal for me is to focus on the positives, take it one day at a time, and always remember to enjoy the journey. I hope the same for you.

Hello! I've been "off track" for a while now and it's so hard to get back on track! I'm the same as you trying hard to get back on track! I've discovered it's like going to work, it's something you just have to do! :) Good luck! :)
