Welcome back..Im fairly new myself. Joined in April. So far I've lost 7lbs. I used my trackers and really worked the program. U can do it!!! And like everyone said, Patience is Key. Good luck with all your goals!! emoticon

~ welcome back. I have found that if you really interact on SP and take advantage of all the tracking devices and communicating with other people on the message boards to be a key reason to success in your goals. Just don't get discouraged and remember - it didn't go on overnight, so it isn't gonna go away overnight..........

PS: Sometimes we stop coming to Spark because we don't know how things work, or get frustrated with using the functions available If you have any questions you can't find on the site (i.e. FAQ's etc) e-mail support@sparkpeople.com. They will answer your questions and help you out.

I have been struggling with this weight batter for about 10 years now .. And it has gotten worse. I am now about 60lbs over weight and need my life back in balance. I have joine spark people a while back but this time am determined to get it right....MIND BODY AND SOUL!!! I need encouragement and accountability.. Look forward to meeting others..
