Welcome back..Im fairly new myself. Joined in April. So far I've lost 7lbs. I used my trackers and really worked the program. U can do it!!! And like everyone said, Patience is Key. Good luck with all your goals!!

I have found that if you really interact on SP and take advantage of all the tracking devices and communicating with other people on the message boards to be a key reason to success in your goals. Just don't get discouraged and remember - it didn't go on overnight, so it isn't gonna go away overnight..........

I have been struggling with this weight batter for about 10 years now .. And it has gotten worse. I am now about 60lbs over weight and need my life back in balance. I have joine spark people a while back but this time am determined to get it right....MIND BODY AND SOUL!!! I need encouragement and accountability.. Look forward to meeting others..
