Thank you for the support. So far the past 2 days have been a struggle. I thought I was eating small portions but I guess my portions were bigger than I thought. I am so determined to do this. The thought of winding up with heart disease or HBP or something else scares me. I want to be able to go out with old friends and not be embarrassed at the way I look. My journey has begun and I am happy that I have made this choice..
How do I add you as a friend??

Take a few minutes and make up a sparkpage - we would like to be able to go to it to encourage you

Remember to take time to participate on all the groups you have joined - they tell us that those that do seem to have better success in weight loss

Hi. I joined Spark 2 years ago and never really kept with it. I am back for a 2nd shot. I am determined this time since the weight has really crept on. I went through several fertility treatments and have put on crazy lbs from all the meds. I am hoping to stick around longer this time. I will be 43 next month and want to make a change for the better.
