Yesterday I made the choice to start using the meal plan on here to help me get to where I want to be. I'm making a promise to myself that for the rest of this month all but one meal a week will be from it. If I can't sub it I can't have it. By planning and using will power it will happen :) I haven't been on a meal plan in years, I have tracked pleanty but I think this will help balance stuff out :o)
