For the past year, I have slipped into a pattern of unhealthy eating and inactivity. While I have not gained weight, I do not feel as energetic or healthy as I did when I stayed connected here on the SparkPeople site.
Today, I made the decision to make some positive changes. I have set two goals for myself: 1) to increase my consumption of fruits/vegetables and 2) to engage in physical activity each day. By tracking my food intake and physical activity on this site will help me stay focused on meeting these goals. It feels good to be back on track -- one day at a time!
