Hey everybody or one person lol. It may be late, but i'm sure trying hard to get bathing suit ready as i can for June 1st. I'm about to start insanity and i'm really excited for it! Currently i have an injured toe which you would not think was that bad, but i'm not even supposed to walk right now. Its really bringing me down and i have not been very active at all for 4 days. I'm using this challenge as motivation to stay comitted though!

Don't give up. I have only lost 25 pounds in 3 years. This year has been hard already. But it's all progress. And the closer you get to your goal the harder it is.

It'll just make it that much sweeter when we get there!

I am so frustrated. I am doing thing a lot of things to keep active and burn calories but the scale is not moving and I am not noticing a change at all. Not in the feel of my clothes nothing. I have come such a long way but I am getting tired of feeling defeated week after week. I dont know how much more I can take.

Blue Skies- this is a great goal, and you and i are at similar weights. I have been between 150 and 153 for over a month. It's frustrating, especially so close to a milestone. i am going to try to get back on track this week after falling off a little for easter, but I am going to ignore the scale for a week or two and try to just eat well and work out and see if my body reacts.

Back down to 151, not the greatest but at least the scale is going in the right direction! I am really hoping to break this 150 barrier next week! I have been stuck for a month and its getting very frustrating. I havent been in the 140's for 5 years and the only reason I was 5 years ago was because I got really sick and the medicine they gave didnt let me keep anything in my stomach! This will be a great accomplishment for me and I can feel it I just want it to come!!!!

I've been working on this goal too! I'm currently down 12 lbs on the year, 9 o f which were in the last month and a week! I've been hard to work back here on spark and am seeing fast and awesome results! Hopefully by June 1, I'll be down another 15 and have the rocking body I used to!

So far to eat today- an easter egg and grapefuit! For lunch - spaghetti squash, sauce, meatless balls (Trader Joe's), Apple Cinamon Rice Cakes, Carrots and a Banana! Spaghetti squash is new to my menu thanks to others users ideas and I am loving it!

Wow! June 1st is only 2 months away and I'm ready to get there. Only have 10 pounds to go but they are hard to lose. Need some serious toning too. This spring weather has given me the energy to want to be even more active outdoors! We've been rollerblading and jogging which my kids thought I could never do! That was very rewarding to see them impressed with me! Soon enough the beach will be open and lots of sand in the toes while taking long walks. I'm fluctuating alittle week to week (weekends are a killer) but I like that once I get back to my normal eating the 1 or 2 lbs fall off again! Thx and good luck to everyone on their new goals!!

Blue - thanks for the reminder, I DO need to rewrite my goals! :) I've actually been exceeding them, I think it's about time they caught up to reality, ha ha.

I'm on track to meet my weight loss goal by June 1 - hoping I can keep the momentum going now that it seems I've busted my little plateau the last couple of weeks!

Hello, I would like to try to join in this group. I have been doing the food lovers diet since March 6th which has me eating every 2 to 3 hours. I haven't weighed myself yet i'm supposed to wait till day 21. So I only have a few more days then i'll do a weigh in. I hear flaxseed is supposed to good for a diet. Happy spring all!!! Take this change of season as a reason to reevaluate. What are you doing? Is it working? Where do you want to go next? If its been awhile since you have looked at your goals look at them and make new ones!!! Find renewed hope and motivation in this new seasons. As you see life blossoming around take in the beauty and dont forget the small things in life!

Im with you. Weight almost where I want it, but at my age (64) there are a few places that will never be the same (Ha!), but I hope to be able to be comfortable in a bathing suit this summer. Haven't had one on for years. emoticon
