Got it done! Took a little running in place at home, but done nonetheless
- Take a walk around the office floor once every hour
Yep! I am on a roll!
- Have a yogurt, veggie and fruit smoothie, or a piece of fruit for breakfast
Oy, didn't actually get around to having breakfast yesterday. :-(
- Do a 10 minute workout at home
Was hard because I was tired, but I made myself do this. Yay!
