After 18 months of injuries, surgeries, infections and, yes, weight gain, I'm beginning again to get this weight off. I worked hard to get the 145 pound off before an injury sidelined me. An 60# weight gain has set me back, but I'm on the road to health again. I've been working out for just over a month with my Physical Therapist, building muscle, losing inches and weight. I dislike food diaries, but am determined to list all my foods. I know it's the right thing to do.

Time to get busy with living...
