I like taking marscarpone (or ricotta) cheese and adding some vanilla, cinnamon, and a little sweetener (sugar, honey, or stevia liquid usually for me). Then I dump in a bag of frozen fruit (berries usually) and stir it up. When it has thawed a bit I just serve it up and eat it with a spoon!
