I just started a program at our Wellness center called, Use It and Lose It. It's a 3 month program combining diet, exercise and motivation. It's a lot of documentation, recording all food eaten and exercise.

weighwatchers,has really helped me as well as Sparkpeople.
I started Weight Watchers again 3 weeks ago because I had been tracking here for awhile with no results. And I am down about 2 pounds since restarting WW. I think I just get too overwhelmed counting calories and I like the daily focus on food and exercise WW has. It just seems to work better for me.
However, I love the interaction with people here on SP and the information this website provides.

Yes I love SP but I love others too! I started years ago with beachbody still use it and have tons of friends- I also started myfitnesspal before SP and have friends there too- I think I stay because of the friends I have made. They all have been such a big help in one way or another. I started Beachbody when I was 195lbs :O every step I have learned every program is another step where I have learned and I am grateful to all : )

Yes, my husband and I stared eating vegan and we are also using Sensa - so far in 3 weeks I've lost 7 pounds.

Not really. On days I feel I am lacking nutrition or protein and have a smoothie or shake with Herbalife formula 1 mix but that is not too often. Otherwise just weighing and measuring food and making good choices.

Nothing, just my own homemade lifestyle. I can't see any of the other ones working long term aside from WW. I remember once I called Jenny Craig and asked them what happens after I lost all of the weight. Their answer? "We ween you off onto real food." Gee...Sounds delectable....
