So I went to bikman yoga for the first time, and I gotta say it was really hard. It gets really hard to breath and keep you endurence up. But I lasted 90mins two in one week. If you have never done bikman yoga or heard of it, I'll explain what it is. Basically you do very intenson yoga in 110degree heat. So you sweet alot you get ride of the everyday toxcins you take in. But after you feel alot better.
