I am looking for a recipe to make a double crust blackberry cobbler that has a filling which sets up. My husband had this as a child. He said it was not like a pie filling. It sounds like it would be close to the consistency of a bread pudding in between the crust. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
