I am registered to walk a 10K on May 5. I estimate that my slow and steady pace of 2.5 will make it a few hours journey. To train, I am walking an hour a day on the treadmill, and walking back and forth to work. ( about a 1 mile, with a hill)

Anyone out there a fellow Bloomie?
