Bread is my weakness too. Since I have went to very limited and all whole wheat, I have lost 15 pounds since 8/23! I am not sweating like I was. No one can figure that one out. Other thing I miss is my couch!

thanks jenae.. i am giving it a go as i know that my weight loss is going to slow down massively after 28lb in 2 weeks.
