Bread is my weakness too. Since I have went to very limited and all whole wheat, I have lost 15 pounds since 8/23! I am not sweating like I was. No one can figure that one out. Other thing I miss is my couch!

thanks jenae.. i am giving it a go as i know that my weight loss is going to slow down massively after 28lb in 2 weeks.

Bread free for weeks now.
I will use Flat Out Wraps (80 calories) once or twice a week.
This change has made a huge difference in how I feel..

Everyone is different but be prepared for some withdrawals. This usually lasts between one to two weeks. If you make it past this...your golden.

Im going total cold turkey on bread as its one of my weaknesses..

anyone done this and how did it go if you have?:
