Well done! You'll soon get used to it and actually start feeling hungry in the mornings. I didn't eat breakfast for years. Sometimes lunch at 1:00pm would be the first thing I'd have all day. Since I quit smoking I feel I need to eat in the morning or my blood sugar goes way down.

I hope you keep it up! emoticon

Good for you! Now that I am in the habit of eating breakfast, I really like it and, you're right, I feel like I have more energy, too. Keep up the good work! emoticon

I actually ate breakfast for the first time in many years! I had 1 cup of Special K cereal and 1 cup of fat free Lactaid milk and I have more energy! emoticon
