Vanilla non fat no sugar yogurt with a dash of cinnamon on it, blueberries, strawberries & 1/4 cup Grape Nuts nuggets. Or no nuggets, but will add a toasted English muffin with reduced calorie cream cheese. Stay with the serving sizes listed for all ingredients & this can be a 250- 300 calorie fast & easy breakfast.

I have Frosted Cheerios with strawberries, and some mornings I have a breakfast burrito with smoked ham lettuce tomato and egg whites
