Sorry to hear that :-( I'm the same, first I eat because I feel so sorry for myself and then I just feel pain inside me and don't feel hungry at all. Try to get together with a good friend and cook something nice together. Then you can talk to her how you feel and also give your body some energy.
I'm so sorry. You might try smoothies (esp. green smoothies that have some leafy green veggies in them as well as the fruit) or soup. I would just try to make the food that you do eat, as nutritiously dense as possible.

Whenever I get dumped I either start eating brownies and cry all day or can't eat anything and cry all day. I know it's not healthy but today has been one of those days where I can't eat anything. I think I've had less than 600 calories today and I'm not even hungry. I just don't feel like eating anything. I know I will feel a little better in a few days and a lot better in a few weeks, but I just don't know if I can wait that long. Does anyone have any good tips that will make me feel better now and help keep me on track?
