-drank plenty of fluids

I also over tire myself at times. I have to learn to pace myself better and take mini breaks during the day to re-energize.
It is nice that no matter what day one has, one can find some delight.

Very rough day - barely enough energy to get out of bed much less do anything - perhaps the calorie reduction was a mistake. . .

delight- announcing the parade at our city festival and catching up with old friends

successes for the week
- lots of exercise
- ate healthy all week with no junk accept a few beers last evening
- lost 1/2 lb. This has been a trying past couple of weeks of losing. i have hit a plateau but will keep focused as I know my body is trying to retain some of the weight. Based on the amount of exercise and calories consumed it will come off again soon.

Hi Dezra. Glad to have you join in and hope this thread helps keep you motivated.

I had temporary amnesia last night but have recovered. I was gone all day and knew I would want comfort food at the end of the day to relax.
Positive note:
1. I didn't use it as an excuse for insane thinking - to go back to old fattening habits. I will make amends this week.
2. I looked at it as a wake up call to plan better.

Motivation: I need to lose 10 lbs.
Delight: I am back on track.
