I need some ideas/help on this...What can I fix for meals that will be enjoyable for not only myself, but my husband, and my 2 and 5 year old? Everything else gets paid first, which doesn't leave very much for groceries at the end, so I end up buying the very cheap stuff. Macaroni and cheese, bologna..etc You know, the very unhealthy stuff. What are some things you have found helps? I went to a diabetic class my doctor put on, and when we were talking about nutritious meals, I asked what could I do when we can't afford some of these foods that they were discussing (They went on and on about salmon, so I went to pick some up and nearly fell over when it was ON SALE for $8.99/lb) Everyone looked at me like I was an outcast. I am just lost on this whole thing. Please help!
By creating an exercise routine based on your individual needs and abilities, as well as taking some precautionary measures, you can reduce your risk of injury and make exercise an enjoyable part of your daily routine.
