Hi everyone. I decided to join SparksPeople after 20lbs lost on my own and then suddenly hitting a bump in the road.
My program: I am currently using the ViSalus shakes and am enjoying them. I don't count calories and am not completely getting rid of regualr food. I am very busy, my stress is usually high and I don't exercise much. If I do, it's sit ups/crunches/push ups/etc.
I have been on the program for 7 weeks; lost 20lbs the first month. Fifth week: nothing. Sixth week: I decided not to focus on the weight and focus on the measurements. I lost an inch that week. I'm on my seventh week and am a bit worried. I lost 1lb last week and 1/4 an inch. Am i supposed to be losing inches but not pounds? I don't understand what's going on in my body and want to see the POUNDS go. Is it normal to lose inches but now pounds? Would LOVE tips and suggestions.
