The same thing happened to me when I was on MediFast. I had to stop when my sugars dropped really low on a continual basis. I had to add real food to my diet to stay balanced. Keep with it and you will eventually get back to weight loss. Good Luck.

Hi everyone. I decided to join SparksPeople after 20lbs lost on my own and then suddenly hitting a bump in the road.
My program: I am currently using the ViSalus shakes and am enjoying them. I don't count calories and am not completely getting rid of regualr food. I am very busy, my stress is usually high and I don't exercise much. If I do, it's sit ups/crunches/push ups/etc.
I have been on the program for 7 weeks; lost 20lbs the first month. Fifth week: nothing. Sixth week: I decided not to focus on the weight and focus on the measurements. I lost an inch that week. I'm on my seventh week and am a bit worried. I lost 1lb last week and 1/4 an inch. Am i supposed to be losing inches but not pounds? I don't understand what's going on in my body and want to see the POUNDS go. Is it normal to lose inches but now pounds? Would LOVE tips and suggestions. emoticon

My reason why: I used to use gaining weight as a survival technique in a way, and through support I realized it was hurting me and holding me back. I want to take charge of my life again.
