I reviewed your account and it appears you edited your calorie range to be between 132-252. To edit your range you can do several things...you can click on the change goal under the calorie range (this is on your Start Page) and edit the range which is more inline with what you need OR you can go to your Start Page and click on the change goal under the pounds lost and plug in all your new data (current weight, goal weight, time frame to meet your goal) and SparkPeople will generate a calorie range for you based on this data. I do want to note that you are signed up for the diabetes program too.
I don't think that's unusual. The very first time I started measuring and tracking my food here, I was eating three or four times every day what I should have been eating. It's kind of how I got here in the first place, you know?
I would eat what you "normally" eat for a week or so. Record everything. Use accurate measurements, too - don't assume you know how much a cup is. One of the things I found out about myself is that the amount I thought was a cup was actually more like a pint!
After you know what you are eating, you can start to make changes gradually based on your eventual goals and health needs. Sometimes just exercising portion control but eating the same foods will be all someone needs to do. But the raw data of what you are actually eating will help you make those decisions.
