I weigh probably 5 times a week but only log it on sparkpeople on mon and thurs. I do this partly because I'm obsessive compulsive but also because of what was said before. I know if I put on two lbs overnight its because I am retaining water and I can then do something about it right now instead of waiting til monday to see the scale hasnt budged or has gone up and only then can I do something about it. You will never get me to stick to once a week. I just cant do it.
Nope...weigh daily to keep an eye on how I'm doing. That way The scale doesn't go way up before I am able to bring it back down. Also have a better handle on what foods are helping & which are hindering my progress. it's a personal decision to weigh daily.
This is something I struggle with regularly. I am typically a daily weigher, always have been, and it's a horrible habit. The first week I got back on my plan, I was able to go 6 days without, but it is a constant struggle! I envy anyone who can keep to just once a week!

Do you check your weight every day or wait until a full week? I usually weigh every day (It is like an addiction)but this week I am going to wait until Sunday which is my weigh in day.last week I lost 5 pounds and that was great but I recorded every day so it didn't seem all that exciting because I knew before hand what the scale would read. I just hope I do as well when I step on that scale on Sunday! Have a Great week everyone!
