See how many SparkPoints you can get each day and this will help you find and use many of the tools of the site. Make sure you make a SparkPage as this is how you can have people post to you to help inspire you! Please remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. It is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I am down 67 lbs with SparkPeople and I feel so much lighter and stronger and healthier every day! You can do it! Best of luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle!

Hi Sparkies. My name is Kimberley. I was on here awhile ago.. but have been gone for awhile. Looking to reconnect with old sparky friends & make some new ones. I just completed my first day back to "counting calorie" land .. and boy - is it ever hard to get back to counting calories when you've been gone for so long?!! But - I am happy to say that I did it. And I even got my glasses of water in too. :) I am really happy to be back on SP.. I've missed this place a LOT!!!
