Caoch Jen -- Thank you for such a quick reply. You're awesome! I won't worry about warm-up and cool down, then. Instead, I will put some miles on my treadmill to up the calorie burn. LOL I hope you have a great day! Dee Ann

Hi Dee Ann

I would not recommend tracking your warm up and cool down in your cardio tracker. Since those activities aren't keeping your heart rate up in the cardio zone, they aren't going to burn nearly as many calories as the main workout will. Just consider them a bonus.

If you want to get credit for the minutes, then I'd track those in the Quick Tracker (which doesn't count towards your calories burned.)

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

Hi! I began Coach Nicole's 28-day Bootcamp Cardio + Strength DVD plan today. And, I like to track all my exercises on SparkPeople, but I can't find the details about calories burned for the 6-minute warm-up and 4-minute cool down exercises. Can someone help me find the details so I can post it in my Fitness Tracker? Thanks so much!!! Dee Ann
