I am getting very discouraged, not losing any weight and I am trying so hard. How many vegtables and fruits can I eat? How much pizza and chocolate can I pass up? I decided instead of giving up I challenge myself to lose 8 to 10 pounds from now until June 25 when I am going on a vacation to visit family. I will revamp my diet, try eating different foods and moving even more! I hope it clicks!
