We have many videos that might fit your needs in the Limited Mobility Lifestyle Center. Here's a link:

I asked our staff, and they said that participating in our bootcamp doesn't require actually doing any of the videos; as listed in the T&C, you just have to be in the team and log fitness minutes.

Hi. I'm posting because I would like to participate in an exercise challenge - saw the ones offering prizes, etc. - but I can't as I have major back issues which create leg and foot issues. Also have huge wrist problems.
Can you find an exercise program for people like me or people even more disabled so we can join these challenges. I feel we're sort of "left out" of the big challenges.
