It's to die for! I made it this week, and I followed her suggestion to make Beef and Blue sandwiches and Vegetable Beef Soup with the leftovers. All the recipes have been very good. The Vegetable Beef Soup is my favorite of the three. I was skeptical. Only pepper on the roast beef? Only Thai Chili Sauce in the soup? I can't believe how good they are, and only 119 calories per serving on the soup. I can afford to eat two bowls! Well done, Chef Meg.
