I put Dales sauce, season all, and meat tenderizer in a bowl, I take the chicken breast (boneless, skinless) and cut it into strips, it cooks up way faster than the giant breasts as a whole. I poke holes in the chicken with a fork and let it sit in the sauce for a while, the longer the better, but 15mins works also. I cook it on the George Foreman and it tastes a lot like the grilled chicken strips you get from Cracker Barrel. Yummy! emoticon

I don't have a marinade recipe but I do roll my chicken breasts in basil. Place in a fry pan with a can of UN DRAINED diced tomatoes that have Italian seasonings. Add a few cloves of chopped garlic. Cover and cook in medium heat until done. YUMMY !!

Balsalmic vinegar and honey is a great get the savory and sweet combination, plus a beautiful coating when baked.

Dry rubs are also a great option (depending on your preparation).

zest and juice of 1 small orange, some worcestshire sauce, a little tomato paste... so delicious!

then bake that, if you can "afford" the calories and carbs, a little molasses sugar is really tasty to add on top.
