I love making a stir fry with chicken tenders. Marinate them in teriyaki sauce overnight. YUMMMMM

Add to a stir fry with lots or various veggies (brocolli, onions, cauliflower, pea pods, carrots, bean sprouts, etc.) add a touch of low sodium soy sauce (0.5 teaspoon) and some hoisin or oyster sauce (1.5 Tablespoons) with low fat chicken broth (1 Tablespoon)

I have seasoned them and baked them in the oven like you would healthier chicken wings. A great treat without all the skin that are on the wings.

I have a George Foreman grill. I season them and cook up the whole bag. I use them in absolutely everything! I have also use some panko and oven 'fried' them (no oil, just pan spray). There are a million things you can do with them! Fajitas Stir Fry Definitely no boundaries on chicken!
