Unbreaded meats with sauce on the side are usually a safe option. Make sure to drink plenty of water so that the sodium content doesn't make you retain!

I would ask for steamed mixed veggies with chicken/shrimp
brown sauce and hot oil on the side.

That is what I always got even when I didn't care what I ate :)

I would think anything with steamed veggies, try to avoid the sauces , maybe some fish and wonton soup. emoticon

Hey everyone,
Right now I am in training to run my first 5K so I'd like to keep my eating habits healthy. Tomorrow I am going out for Chinese food and I was wondering what healthy meal I could eat there. I have attatched the menu here...please let me know your opinions!
