I would think anything with steamed veggies, try to avoid the sauces , maybe some fish and wonton soup.

Hey everyone, Right now I am in training to run my first 5K so I'd like to keep my eating habits healthy. Tomorrow I am going out for Chinese food and I was wondering what healthy meal I could eat there. I have attatched the menu here...please let me know your opinions!
