Some simple rules:
-Avoid trans fats at all costs
-Try to limit saturated fats
-Look for items with heart healthy fats (poly and monounsaturated)

Just had some tests done as doctor thought i may have diabetes. In fact i only have rather high cholestrol levels.

Does anyone have some good food tips to help cholestrol levels?
