need recipes that feeds a family of 4. my boyfriend is overweight and is not really big healthy eater. me i just need to lose about 20 lbs. the kids are healthy. but i don't want the kids just to be the only healthy ones that are healthy i want me and my boyfriend to be healthy along side each other. so with that being said i would like to get some healthy recipes. please help with that as far as me and my family please.
I've never really understood the idea of clean eating "plans." Basically, clean eating just means to eat as little processed food as possible. Look for shorter ingredient lists that aren't laden with chemicals that you've never heard of. Eat lots of lean meat, fruit and vegetables. And follow the dirty dozen (http://www.ewg.org/foodnews/) list for when/when not to buy organic.
While I suppose eating clean can be considered a method of weight loss, as most processed foods contain a lot of fat, sodium, etc, you still have to work to make healthy choices...just choosing "clean" foods will not guarantee weight loss.
Hope this has helped a little...good luck!!

The internet is packed with pay for this and we can help you loose weight and look great in a bikini. Are they all gimmicks/scams and do they really work if you pay lots for a plan? Found lots of info on clean eating plans...of all different combinations and they all seem to contradict each other. Not really sure of the money hungry systems. Well i found spark people and so far this has helped me for FREE with no commitments or judgments. I am happy to stick with the spark people plan and make it work.
