This is the ONLY way I eat my seafood. This recipe can be used for fish , shrimp, scallops etc etc
1 pound seafood
2/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 small garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
Place seafood in baking dish that you have sprayed with Butter Pam.
Combine breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients, and sprinkle over seafood.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until seafood is opaque and topping is golden.
YUM and so easy !!
