1 pound scallops 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 real parm 1/4 tsp fresh grated nutmeg 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbs butter melted
Turn oven to broil. Pour melted butter into the bottom of a small glass dish. Dry scallops, season with pepper, nutmeg, and garlic. Place scallops into dish top with cream then sprinkle cheese across top.
