if it is fresh, I spray pam into a pyrex dish. add the fish, top with sliced onions and a touch of adobo, seasoned salt, or garlic salt. cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5-7 minutes (until flakey). keeps the fish smell out of the house and cleanup is easy. no added fat calories and the fish is moist.
I have also partially microwave cooked vegetables, then make a ditch and put the fish in and finish cooking the last 5-7 minutes all together. kind of a modified hobo package.
