This is a relatively new spark team. We have 4 members but would love to have more. What's the team all about? Well it's a 9 week challenge including cardio, strength, agility, and combat training. Each week a I will give a set of challenges for the week getting progressively more challenging. ( Those of us in round 1 are currently on week 4 week 5 starts tomorrow.)
