100+ lbs. ago, I would have never thought it possible.
Earlier today, I completed a .62 mile swim, 20 mile bike ride, and 4 mile run.
I actually finished ahead of a few people.
Smashed my regular biking time (this was flat, I train in a fairly hilly area) and had my fastest run ever over 4 miles.

I did eat some pizza and a DQ Blizzard, but only had the Blizzard because I'd run a triathlon and if I were going to blow mega calories on something...a Blizzard would be pretty low on the list. But, it's what I wanted.

Time for bed. I was so excited last night I didn't sleep well.
