We all have times, whether a day or more, that we feel this way. I find that if I reflect on my success I am more likely to stay motivated. I am doing this for myself not for anyone else. I have 4 dogs that look forward to walking with me. I also have human work out buddies, though they cancel on me sometimes (my dogs never do.) I also know that I feel better when I eat right and work out than when I sit and veg all day.
My hope for you is that you find the motivation you need. Until that time maybe you can fake it until you make it.
My biggest concern is being focused and consistent with my weightloss goals as well as exercise. I started spark people in September and have lost 11 pounds. I have done a 5k walk run and I have worked out consistently 4-6 days a week for the last 4 weeks. This week though, I am not motivated to do much of anything. I worked out a couple of days this week, but it is not even close to the intensity I have been doing for the last few weeks. In addition, I tried to motivate myself to do another 5k, but I have yet to get into it. I have a friend that I have been working out with the last few weeks and she is even falling off.
I want this really bad, why don't I act like it? How can I get out of this funk?
