Take it a day at a time. And some days you will have to take it minute by minute. Being on SP will really help you find your way. There are so many people out there to help. You are going to do great and will be healthy. It is a journey. You just took the first step.

I'm new as of this morning and I'm feeling so crazy. I am losing hope on getting better with my binging. I do so good for a few days and then screw it all up. I can't live like this. I've struggled with bulimia for over 20 years and it's taken over my life. I pray all day hoping to make it through the day. I know that you all have similar problems so if you have any input as to what I can do to hang on I would do appreciate it.
