Have you started your sparks group yet Patricia? We have a group at my Unity as well, here in California. I'd be very interested in becoming part of some about A Course in Weight Loss here at Sparks. Thanks for any info you may have.

I have lost 7 lbs in 8 weeks. It is slower than I hoped, but I'm not really following a program with food or exercise. This weeks goal is to walk at least 4 times!

Inviting people to join us in a book club. Reading through Marianne Williamson's spiritually based book while utilizing the wonderful tools, food plans and fitness trackers here on SparkPeople. I am currently a bookstore manager at Unity By the Bay in North Bend, Oregon and came across a wonderful write-up on this book. There were three of us who started meeting and decided to open it up to people out here in Sparkpeople. I invite you to join us as we work through the book. We have just started as of today.
