Yeah. I read a few things that talked about the need for electrolytes and whatnot, but that just doesn't seem to be the case for me this time. I haven't been particularly hungry in general, but there has been a distinct craving for lean protein of any kind. Chicken and protein bars have done the trick. It's just weird.
It's also possible that since I work out and lift quite a bit (and try to get quite a bit of protein as a result), my body is simply noticing the lack of protein more than anything else. And maybe since I haven't been to the gym this week my muscles are in full-on recovery mode? No clue...
