Hi guys, what do you do to remind yourself of your daily workouts, meals, or anything else in life? Is it all in your head, or do you make a plan? If you plan, what means of planning? Also, do you have anything around the house to motivate you?
I'm considering sticking up motivational quotes on my wall, putting a couple of before/after pics up of people who've completed a body transformation,etc. I am also going to use calendar software that will remind me of my tasks each day when I turn my computer on. I have a tendency to put things off until the last minute.
So, I was just wondering how you guys plan, keep yourself motivated, and so forth. Thanks.
