I've never done CrossFit, but know people who like it. If it's the workouts you're not sure about, you can check out the crossfit website (I think it's crossfit.com) and get the workout of the day and stuff like that. It's not really my style (one day, the WoD was "run 10K". Um, no thanks.) and I think that Crossfit Gyms charge ridiculous ammounts of money for people to join, but if it's your thing, go for it.
