There are plenty of healthy food choices on a cruise. Your choices shouldn't affect what your family eats. Not familiar with the cycles you are referring to. Enjoy your cruise.

I cruise often, and I have always managed to eat healhy and not gain weight.

If you are talking about carb cycling.....just jump to the week that will work the best for the cruise and continue from there. At least you will be able to survive the week with a plan that is easier to do.

"Day 12, cycle 1" ?? That's Greek to me - did you mean to post this in one of your Sparkteams? Calorie cycling is all I can guess that you're talking about, but I really don't have a clue.

That might be why no one else responded, either.

Hi everyone. We are going on our first Disney Cruise which we are excited about. However, the day we set sail will be my day 12 cycle 1. Any suggestions? Should I try to stay on cycle 1 during the cruise? I don't know what food options are available on a cruise so I'm not sure if I'm going to be overloaded with temptation. I'd like my family to enjoy the cruise and not have to worry about what I can or can't eat. Any suggestions?
