Bear in mind that points for referrals are unlimited. If this person runs a popular blog and mentions Spark, they may get hundreds of new signups listing them as "referrer" and with 10 points each that can add up!

I did send you a Spark Mail message - obviously, I didn't want to post another member's name here on the message board.

That doesn't sound right. Will you please send me a sparkmail with that username so I can look into that?

Thanks!

I try very hard to track everything, amass the fitness and participation points that are available. By doing this, I have learned a lot, and I am grateful for this wonderful site. So, every once in a while, I check my status on the overall Spark Points Leaderboard. And this month, I am very curious about how one person was able to accumulate over 10,000 points in one month - far more than doubling any one else's points. We can earn only so many in a day - and it has never added up to anywhere over 5,000. I copied this directly from the Leaderboard:

June Spark Points 2012 Spark Points All Time Spark Points
1) XXXXX 10,251 10,305 10,521

I'm just curious - is there something I could be doing that I haven't discovered yet? I'm also very competitive - and proud of the activity that generally keeps me in the top 25. It's not only a lot of work, it also has a great payoff regarding my personal fitness level. So, really, I'm not jealous - just looking for ways to increase my own activity and participation, if those ways so obviously exist.
