I think you can tell it not to give you certain recipes. Otherwise, do you really, really rely on SP's suggestions? If not, I'd jsust turn it off. I've never followed the suggested meals. I turned it off, cook meals for my family and me as I noramally would (with some substiutions and changes we've made over the last year or so) and just make sure I stayed in the nutritional ranges provided by my nutrition tracker.
Hi guys, I have a problem with my nutrition plan. I'm vegetarian but I don't eat raw (yet). Until now I can't really use my food tracker because the options are for vegetarian who eat raw and dairy product. Is there any way to customize it to fit my preference? Thank you for our help.
