Yay! I'm on Day 3 as well, and doing way better than I ever imagined possible... where did this motivation come from? Who knows, but I'm loving it! Way to go!

I tell myself that if I don't get out and move today than I will wake up tomorrow feeling the same way I do now, maybe even worse..but if I just make the move today, than I feel I have the advantage over a better day tomorrow.

I cannot believe how well I am doing. I am exercising twice as much as I thought I would. I am not even sore at all. It is like a complete motivational miracle took over. I know this is the first week but I am in to doing my best to stay upbeat !!

Take care all,

Jen
