NURSEBJB, you are so right! Never quit! Even when you reach your goal! Never, ever quit. Don't you just love Leslie Sansone's 5 Miler? I do the entire 5 miles at least once a week, and usually more than that.

LOST 3LBS THIS PAST WEEK!!!!!! I AM SOOO XCITED.UP THIS A.M.DID A 5 MILE WALK WITH LESLIE SANSOME,I FEEL SO GOOD!!!! I'M O.K AND ON MY WAY TO A NEW,HEALTHY BODY!!!!!!I WOULD LIKE TO ENCOURAGE EVERY ONE THAT IS STRUGGLING,DON'T QUIT,DON'T QUIT.IF U FALL,GET BACK UP DUST YRSELF OFF AND START AGAIN,BUT DON'T QUIT!!!!!!
