I went for my final exercise appointment today (first assesement was 2/8/12and I had a ressessment and I am down 13 lbs and that means down 2.5 in around......wooohooo........ my treadmill parts the first time I was at 97%.....this time 101%......wow what 13 lbs will do for ya.....my coach told me that I score above excellent in everything.....wow what a day.....am floating on cloud 9 right now.......will walk my little brat peanut later....!!!! Hope everyone is having a Blessed Day!!!~~~
