all nuts and seeds are calorically dense. and 1/3 cup is about what you would need to get a 1/4 cup of seeds. and if you oil roasted them, that's about what a serving of nuts/seeds is when you add oil to them. 75 or 80 cals for the seeds with a scant Tablespoon of oil.

Does anyone know why the calorie count on a bag of David Pumpkin Seeds is so high (160 cal for 1/3 cup in kernel)? Is it just inaccurate? Also, does anyone know if they are dry or oil roasted?
